Tracey Burley set up Pure Consulting in 2019 with more than 15 years of charity, not-for-profit and public sector leadership. Tracey has expertise in working with children, young people and adults to improve lives and brings significant experience of bridging the gap between the private and public sector.

Tracey has previously led corporate direction and strategy focusing on developing the culture needed for a successful organisation in a competitive environment. She has been responsible for helping organisations make sure that they remain focused on the vision and that whole teams live and breathe the company values, creating the balance between social hearts and commercial minds.

Tracey graduated from Henley Business School in 2018 earning her MBA and achieving a distinction whilst changing jobs and relocating from Cornwall to London, proving anything is possible with determination and hard work.

Tracey's most recent role was at Stonewall, the largest LGBT rights charity in Europe, as Chief Operating Officer. Previously Tracey was the Managing Director of Cognus, an education services company in Sutton.

Tracey has also held many other roles including sitting on the Boards of a number of organisations including non-executive director of Careers England and Chair of the Finance Committee of the Career Development Institute.  Tracey is committed to improving social mobility and opportunities for children and young people and has worked to support this since 2002.
